Staywell Property Co. was founded on a simple belief: a vacation property should be both a beautiful place people genuinely want to stay and a smart investment for its owner.
Founded by Jennifer Wilson, Staywell brings together more than a decade of executive leadership in customer experience, operations, and complex problem-solving with a longtime passion for real estate, thoughtful design, and exceptional hospitality. Jennifer created Staywell after seeing an opportunity for a more complete approach to vacation property ownership—one that considers the numbers just as carefully as the design and guest experience.
Staywell is also deeply personal. Jennifer and her husband, Bryce, are raising their two daughters in Northern California and share a love of travel, beautiful places, and the experiences that bring families and friends together. Staywell grew from their own interest in real estate and hospitality and the idea of building something lasting as a family—while helping other owners create properties that their own families can enjoy and that make financial sense when they’re away.
From evaluating a property’s rental potential and building realistic ROI and furnishing budgets to designing, launching, and managing the finished rental, Staywell helps owners make thoughtful decisions at every stage.
